I'd say if you're staying for 30 days or less the hassle you MAY have waiting in line upon arrival at the airport will most likely be less than the hassle you'd have with the consulate. And if you're going through a travel agent or tour group, they'll speed you through the whole process anyway. Hi Cindy,
